I thought that my metabolism was shot. After having my 36th birthday, even extra time on the treadmill would not get rid of the stubborn 5 pounds that slowly accumulated around my middle. Being short-waisted, and petite, this weight really made me feel self-conscious. For almost 2 years I tried everything. Exercising more, eating less, low-fat, fat-burners, even not eating!! Nothing jump started my weight loss like this program!! I was very skeptical as in the past, a little watching what I ate had always gave me results. I seriously thought that my metabolism had just shut down. And I gave in to the fact that I was getting older. Not true!! After just 11 days, I dropped 4 pounds, ok, not perfect but hey, my body was responding and no exercise. The second time around (after the 3 fabulous cheat days), I lost another 4 pounds and was back into my size 6 shorts. My metabolism was working again!! And I ate 4 times a day. I just needed to put the right foods in right combination for my body it really, really works. I'm thrilled to have control over my weight again. Truly, unbelievable until you try it.
